From the first day of enlistment, our soldiers are paired with a group of unit alumni, our "big-brother" volunteers, who provide personal and professional support throughout their service. These veterans serve as mentors to the soldiers and are available for one-on-one mentoring if needed. The program ensures that every soldier has a supportive community to help them navigate military life and reach their full potential.
